I asked for an AFrame and nothing about my hair is even!! I'm embarrassed to leave my house! My husband has to cut my hair to even look decent enough for public! Will never be back again.

DON'T GO HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS!! We have been to other locations and they were great with my nephew( who's 2 years old). The lady here named Trish seemed annoyed already when we were going to the chair. She asked to seat him on the seat, but my sister in law said it's easier for him if he sits on someone's lap. The lady rolled her eyes and rudely said, "Fine!" She proceeded to cut he's hair, never asked questions and my sister in law was trying to tell her what she needed but Trish never seemed to acknowledge anything. At this point, kids have instincts, and my nephew was very uncomfortable and wanted away from her! So my sister in law but him down for a moment. At that time Trish was making very unacceptable comments, one of which was, "Does he have sensory issues?" HE'S 2!!! 2 YEARS OLD! My sister in law says no! Then Trish says she's done because he was giving her ANXIETY!! Are you kidding me??! Then why is Trish working with kids??! He's hair wasn't finished, and we asked for it to be done by someone else. She went to the computer and said she'd make sure we are at the bottom of the wait list. My sister in law left very upset and went home because she lives about 3 mins from there. She told my brother(her husband) everything and that they were going to call when it was time for him to go back. When they called(which was a while later), another lady said they were ready, but my brother said they'll not be returning and had to go to other location to fix there mistake. My brother asked for the cooperation number or the supervisor name, the lady refused to give it and hung up! They tried calling back but the store refused to answer. So my sister in law's sister called and asked for names, in which she got with the numbers. They lady on the phone also mentioned that there new policy is kids are welcome except 2 and under and no kids who are not behaved! Very unprofessional on the whole team, and Trish needs some new training on how to work with people, especially kids, or don't work there at all! So plz save yourself some pain, and don't bring your kids here!

I usually get a good haircut, but this time (maybe my communication was received wrong) - I was freaked out when I got home. Lynn buzzed the back of my hair into a 'V'. I showed her the little point at the middle back hairline that i wanted to keep the point, but she interpreted it as a full V in the back of my head. I'll be clearer next time.

Covid has died out! Please start staying open past 6pm technically 5pm because you guys are so busy you can't reserve a spot due to closing soon. Pleaseeeee alot of people go to work before you open and get off with very few minutes to spare.
