*****BUYER BEWARE***** This store has serious issues. I've asked them to order 1 thing 3 different times and instead of having good customer service and asking for my phone number to tell me when to come shop for that 1 item.....they yell at me when I even ask.....i don't know who I spoke to today but I'm sure it was Teresa...my wife and I have watched her treat customers so bad until they were in literal tears. It doesn't matter how many people complain how bad this woman is or how bad the people that work in the pharmacy here are, or how bad the customer service here is.....well they won't do anything about it because they JUST DON'T CARE!!!!!! Mainly because they know that they are the only store in that specific area and all the wealthy people come and shop there and believe me they know who they are and they treat them with the upmost respect. But normal people don't stand a chance. SMDH

This Safeway location is the worst. The pharmacy/techs are horribly rude. The people giving covid shots and the techs at the pharmacy desk are miserable and make customers feel miserable. On a separate occasion I came into the store later at night because I'm super sick and have been coughing so hard that blood has been gushing out of my nose. I didn't bring my ID because I never get sick and I don't think I have ever bought cough medicine in my life. I found the cough medicine area and couldn't remember what my husband who is a Doctor told me to get, so I texted him and had to wait for 5 minutes to hear back because he was at work. When i went to checkout, they said i needed my id. I was clearly sick and had to drive home in the late night when it was freezing cold and drive back with my ID, just so she could type in my birthdate for me to be able to checkout. The employees here are horrible. I have only even been here the 2 times I mentioned in this review even though it’s the closest grocery store to my house, one time being because they had the covid shot I wanted and the other when I was sick needing cough medicine and the walgreens near my house was closed. I never shop here for food. It looks junky and they don't have a good selection of organic clean vegan food.
