Friday 20 May 2022, I stopped in to get a pizza to go, whatever was ready, they had a large pepperoni I added bread sticks the gentleman at the register totaled the price, directed me to card reader I inserted my card he asked if I was military I said yes showed him my I.D. card he then cancelled the purchase and said thank you for your service there is no charge. I was at a loss for words cause I know for me it's not about the money he just doesn't know how much his gesture touched me. We need more of this not just for the service members but for everyone. Thank you for making my day....

When we placed our order we ordered cheese bread and a deep dish sausage pizza. We were told about 15 mins and it would be ready. 45 mins later we finally got our order, when I asked about why it took so long over the 15 mins, noone seemed to have an answer or even bother with answering me. It was here is ur order.....sorry for the wait. With that being said since the order had already taken so long I would have expected the food to have been straight out of the oven, yet it was only slightly hot. Now I understand that this location gets very busy but this by far was the worst experience I've had with them ever! Will probably find a new location to visit next time or just go to dominos across the street.

I don’t expect little Caesars to be the best pizza in the world, but I do expect it to be cooked. How do you get one whole slice without any pepperoni? I made an online order. I received the conformation that they received my order, and then the email saying it was ready for pick up. I get their and a handwritten note is on the door saying “closed we are having technical difficulties.” All the lights were on and employees in the store. I knocked, the worker came up and asked what I needed. I told them that I placed an order online and they gave me complete attitude. Walked away and came back with my order. I get it home and it’s not even cooked all the way. Neither my pizza or cheesy bread were cut all the way threw. Will not be returning to this store again.

Turn in app, give em 24 hrs and call as many times as u need to. Ask for the hiring manager, not just anybody!
Should be able to up to a limited amount, if not there make multiple orders.
