Well done, Michelle!! Went to this location for passport renewal. Was told what to do;.I had my paperwork + documents and forms. I was given address to send + no-charge envelope. Very impressed by USPS - as always. As I drove away I was affirmed that funds to USPS are sparce b/c of obvious of lack of landscape maintenance. What a shame we taxpayers/Congress aren't taking care of our good fellows.

THEY ARE SIGNING C19 ON SIGNATURE REQUIRED PACKAGES WITH THE EXCUSE OF COVID 19 SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO DELIVER IN PERSON TO MY APARTMENT. WHAT IS THE POINT OF OFFERING THE SERVICE IF YOU CANNOT CARRY IT OUT PROPERLY. TRASH GOVERNMENT SERVICE.

1 person working. Line barely moving. I’ve been here 25 minutes so far and still have 2 groups ahead of me, and I just need to drop off a pre-paid label package. And it’s very warm with no air circulation.

I would’ve given them 4+ stars if they would’ve followed-up on my lost USPS package from 3 months ago. Your typical USPS postal office where they have 1 employee taking care of a line of 5+ people. The workers there are at least friendly. Don’t count on the phone operators to be of any true help.
