I wish I could give 0 stars! Shipping an iPad for Father’s Day let’s just say it didn’t make it! So got stolen and the package was damaged and ripped! Also was offered to buy their packing materials but not insurance on my package wich I didn’t think I needed! Hopefully this gets resolved

Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable this convenient location is well-staffed, friendly, with short wait times. They have a variety of stamps as well as ancillary services and gifts. There is a 24-hour self-service mail kiosk. And, if you need it, there is a UPS drop off box in the nearby parking lot at Fleming's Restaurant.

Will only go to Ashton Rd if I have to - the Siesta Drive location is absolutely the best for service with a smile. Grumpy old men at Ashton Rd who need to be retrained in customer service techniques. Love the Siesta Drive employees who get you in and out quickly and always have a kind word for their customers.

Most houses on my street have a post box at the driveway. Mine has been on the house since it was built over 40 years ago. My postal delivery varies from driver to driver, day to day. Very deliberately the drivers will give mail to the neighbor rather than exit vehicle and walk up the drive. The neighbor they most often give my mail to is a man who they withheld mail from for over 3 months and “forced” him to install a curbside mailbox when he purchased the house about 2 years ago. My 83 year old mother lives with me and cannot always walk that far to get the mail. The blatant and persistent refusal of certain drivers to exit their vehicle and deliver and pick up my mail is infuriating and mean spirited to my mother who still corresponds the "old fashioned" way and depends on letters form family and friends to brighten her day. We had outgoing mail yesterday which was ignored because the driver delivered our mail to the neighbor, quite deliberately. Kindly the neighbor will bring us our mail but his job doesn't include picking up our outgoing mail. When I am outside and see a mail person delivering my mail, I always walk to meet them, greet them politely and treat them with respect. Why can't they extend the same courtesy?
