The post office on Ashton is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude and incompetent. They are often out of things such as rolls of stamps or change of address forms. The place is filthy. It’s not uncommon to wait 10 minutes when there are only one or two people ahead. I’d give zero stars if I could. Every experience I’ve had here has been awful. I’ve given up and will drive an extra ten minutes to go elsewhere.

Worse post office in sarasota.they leave the doors Opened .they unlock the main door to get to the bulk of mailboxes but they put the mail in the wrong boxes and they dont lockup the main door.and anyone can open the entire set of mailboxes and take your mail Yes this has happened several times now So we have called the Post Master General to check in about this Post Office and have them investigated they are causing Problems for the entire Prooerty of Residents.

The carrier, Mary Lou, Route 80 is wonderful, hard working, caring, and very conscientious. She came to my 4th floor condo to deliver a certified forwarded letter. She is incredible to take so much extra effort. It had taken about 2 weeks to be forwarded from my home in Coralville Iowa. She listened to my concern and made extra efforts to assist me. Thank you for being so understanding and helpful when I know you are busy!

The WORST post office. They are consistent.....machine always broke. Employees always rude and apathetic. Air conditioning always out. Lobby always filthy. Not one employee wears a mask. Not even 1.....they had one good guy but he retired. Today machine is broke and lobby only taking cash. Really?????
