Ray Ray was the one helping me out with my passport today! It was my first time getting my passport so my nerves were already a mess. Ray Ray was very kind and helpful with my process. Hands down the best experience I have gotten with any government services I have dealt with! He was very patient with the experience and also gave me detailed information on topics moving forward with the passport process. I wanted to leave a review for Ray, he was just fantastic to work with! I came in for my passport appointment and he not only double checked my entire paperwork but he also helped me clarify a few questions I had. He also assisted me in taking an accepted Passport picture! It's exactly a month later since I applied and I just received my brand new Passport today without any issues, thank you so much for your kindness and attentiveness Ray!

Customer service was great! They gave me all options available to ship my items, which saved me money. There is reserved parking between the post office & church for USPS customers.
