Don't lose your business because of this one! I run a business shipping multiple packages daily and usually never had an issue until 2 weeks ago. I was shipping out a large priority mail package at the scanning desk and she asked if I would like a receipt(first time I was ever asked that at a USPS) and I instinctively declined. I left believing it was on it way to its destination. I was wrong. 1 Week passes and the arrive to the post office with a claim from my customer that my package was never scanned in. They thought it was a drop-off off, but the package dimensions where 45x5x5 fit that in a drobox. I talk to a supervisor who told me they couldn't even insure it even though I GAVE IT TO THEM and declined to review footage even though I gave them the exact time and date I was there. Its been a week and low and behold another package has gone missing. I have been doing this for 3 years and this is the first time this has happened back to back.

The staff in here are so rude and clueless. I would drive all the way to palmetto to mail my packages off. They have priority tape on both counters but no regular tape for you to use and then try to charge you 8 dollars to mail off a package that has a paid label just because of the tape. I would rather use UPS to mail my packages off, better service all the way round.

Lazy rude employees. Awful customer service. They need to hire more personable people who appreciate their jobs. So many Americans looking for work I do not know why they don't replace these horrible obnoxious people. The mail carrier rarely scans my packages upon picking them up. When I called to complain the person who answered the phone abruptly put me on hold while I was in mid sentence then I was disconnected 5 minutes later. When I tried to call back several times over the next hour nobody would pick up the phone. This is not the first time this has happened. Management does not care either. Complaints get shrugged off as if they have no importance. The ENTIRE staff including management needs to be replaced.

Go online or go in the post office.
As I find my products that were not delivered .. and the application says yes
To get a new key you will have to come to the post office to apply for a lock change.
I have never seen that listed on their services but I know that my local bank that I use does a notary for free because I Bank there.
Yes you have to schedule it online or you could possibly do it over the phone but calling the post office near you
Delivery for what? Package? Mail?
No you can not
This is a public question, so I do not work for the post office but on their website you can do a lot of things I believe including holding mail until a certain time.
