Convenient post office hours (like late Saturday when regular post offices are closed) - but all this is overshadowed big time when their sales people give wrong advice - esp as they are representing the US post office. I sent a package to Vancouver BC and specifically asked if a customs stamp was required. She said NO. A week later the package is back in my post box undelivered because of no customs sticker. This indicates better TRAINING is required.
