as i arrived very nice personal, take a few minutes to get my car started but overall was a god costumer service, when i get to the window to pay my sorprise was the cost of the oil change over 129 doollars for syntetic, and i have to be gratefull the guy trow a 20 dollar off on my ticket wich come to a total of 110+ change , i try to use my cupon that i get on the mail but he said is the same discount he just give me, far and beyond the prices. need to learn how to change oil by myself.

During my oil change , oil was waste on my turbo and went into my chamber … now when I call and try and talk to the manager they hang up in my face . Very unprofessional

I have never had a problem with them they always do what I ask themm
They start low then ask you to go sit in a comfortable place with coffee and donuts tv AC/heating while they pile ur bill up!!! My somehow started at $169.00 so how did i end up paying close to $400 ? And i payed for stuff they dont even have the tools to do. For BMW they do not have the tools to any oil or fluids to the transmission but yet they charged me for it!! So im disappointed that they get away with all this do not go to lynwood or south gate location
