It was a fortuitous day indeed when I first learned of KCAAS, and they've been sanity-if-not life-savers ever since. My parents are considering a move to the area, none of us are familiar with it or know any services that can be provided in regards to affordable housing, healthcare and possibly community activities. Cost of living is a big problem for them.

I have a mild mental and physical disability. I'm being emotionally, mentally, physically, and verbally abused by my mother. She is also controlling every aspect of my life. I don't know what to do or who to call, but i need some help.
