My parents bought a home and retired here. Really nice community. They have a roofing patrol which does do good for security but could use a little bit more. Grounds are really nice community center is awesome. People are very involved and friendly. Golf course right in the resort.

Really great environment..friendly, busy and well taken care of resort like setting. Staff are wonderful. Security is strict. Which is the way it should be. People out walking. Nice to see people out and about.

I showed some buyers a few places that are for sale here (I'm a Realtor). The place is spectacular and loaded with amenities. It's a 55+ community and the folks are very friendly. A 3 bedroom home goes for about $245 - $270K ish which is unbelievable. Of course they bought a home here 👍
