I call from another state to ask questions to see if I can file a complaint in the state of Colorado. I was advised by my state Consumer Protection Agency, in my state to file in Colorado. But I was not prepared to experience the worst government agency phone system. It's so confusing, I categorize, this kind of phone system as a fake system. All you get is recordings and that's what it's intended for. I would like to know, does this agency get federal funding; if so, then we need to complain to that federal government agency about how they operate.
