I’m a former employee... I just wanted to leave my feedback of my time here because what this place did to me was absolutely cold hearted.. they welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like I was really part of their team and in the interview process I specifically asked the manager if it was a problem that I had never worked in an MRI office before and they assured me that every other front desk associate had zero MRI experience and then 1 and a half days of working here the manager let me go and claimed her reasoning was because it was clear I didn’t have enough experience with MRI work.. and that she would mail my check... I’m disgusted with the way I was let go.. so if you’re looking for a good trustworthy place to work this isn’t it

Trying to schedule an MRI. I’m very claustrophobic so I was hoping the open sided MRI would be a good option for me. They started by incorrectly stating that their machine offered the same quality images as closed MRIs. A 1.2T machine cannot offer the same image as a 3T machine. For a lot of studies, 1.2T is adequate, but it isn’t the same. My conversation with them went downhill from there. I am quite surprised since their business model, I assumed, is to cater to people who are claustrophobic and struggle with traditional machines. But, unfortunately, the lady I was speaking to on the phone was not knowledgeable on the machine and preferred to talk over me rather than listen to my questions so she could better answer them. I had the opposite experience when I spoke to the staff at UC Health radiology. Everyone there knew what they were doing. They understood the machines they used, how they worked, how the studies ran and they took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I am confident that I will get much better care there. I am very happy that I called before I scheduled. It saved me a lot of time.

Not sure but usually these type of businesses charge $75 and up for visits but it depends on the visit type to. So, it is best to reach out to them
