Old school, legit butcher shop. Ran in needing a shank bone for passover sedar and these guys hooked me up , no charge. Check them out for your cheese, wine and charcuterie needs.

Yes they often have whole salmon. You can get almost anything you need at Taylor's. sometimes it has to be special-ordered.

I don't know what kind they are or who made them but every sausage I've ever eaten from there has been unbelievably delicious!

Goat needs to be special ordered and is $11.99 per pound. They can do bone in or boneless cuts. The first time I bought goat here it was a boneless leg, the second time around I was only able to get loin cuts. If you want something specific just call and ask for the meat department.
