Every time I come here or in one of their off-site donation busses, I am always greeted by amazingly nice and joyful people. The experience is always comfortable and they make sure your happy. They are patient and take their time to ensure your health and safety while donating. My veins are troublesome due to their small size. They were always kind when trying to find them. They play music, they have friendly atmosphere, they have comfortable chairs, and amazing conversations. They have refrigerated drinks and tons of snacks for after the donation. They don't rush you at all. Donation is a delight here. I wish I could donate more often!
