My wife and I have no complaints. Great holiday inn. Clean room, bed and bathroom, greeted by friendly staff. Though we did not have breakfast there (just coffee) there was a nice variety of breakfast items to choose from.

The rating would have been better if not for the poor customer service. Most of the front desk employees were not friendly. There were one or two employees that was okay. House cleaning employees were rude and only provided minimal service. After checking out, I discovered that we had left one of my suits and one of my wife's dresses in a closet in our room. I immediately called the hotel and also had a relative go to the hotel to retrive the items, but none of the items could be located. Most hotels have lost and found areas, but this hotel apparently doesn't have this. Anyway, I hope the people who took the clothes enjoy them. We will not be staying here again.

Great stay! Clean, comfy and the staff was amazing. I couldn’t get my wifi to work. It was something with my computer. The owner said I could come down to lobby and he would help me! I do not know many places that would do that. I will be staying here again if I come back to this area.

Positive: It was just a short drive from the city center. Our room also had a walk in shower. Negative: The toilets in the room was normal height. Also, the ceiling fab in the room was not in working condition. Other than this the hotel was clean and comfortable.
