The medical service has been great. However, the Physical Therapy department has been a nightmare. I do not recommend anyone go there for physical therapy, very difficult customer service, very difficult to get an appointment, very unprofessional customer service for physical therapy. They will give wrong information and wrong appointments. Very stressful.

obgyn was so rough on me the first time, it hurt down there for more than a week. I don’t recommend.

I have followed our great Doctors from Madison Internal to Summit Medical Group. This is an amazing group with so many great doctors, nurses, and staff. Facility is brand new and it ALMOST have every specialists you will be looking for. It is one stop shop which make it extremely convenient. The URGENT CARE is also located in the same building in case you have an urgent matter that can avoid the hospital. Keep up the great work and I definitely recommend this medical group.

Cynthia Sneeden, P.A. is HORRID and biased. I went there for a prescription refill for high blood pressure and left there with even higher blood pressure thanks to her comments. From the moment she came in the room, she looked at my chart and commented that I was “an attorney for low-income people” and then lets out this short laugh as if my career is something funny. So unprofessional and irrelevant to my medical treatment! She then tells me to lose weight. I explained to her that it is not for lack of trying as I exercise regularly, and she told me “you can’t outrun your fork.” So condescending and unnecessary. She then told me I should cut my portions in half and do what she does as she eats only yogurt for lunch and only tomatoes and cottage cheese for dinner. So a medical professional is advocating for an eating disorder? She also pronounced medications incorrectly, referring to Amlodipine as Amlopidine. I can no longer receive competent healthcare from her. Why are women so mean to other women?

In many cases the Doctors really don't understand the billing or coding. It depends on your insurance and they may consider it as a prescription. It has happened to me. I think it why Doctors are forced to join groups like Summit because of the office staff and book keeping required. You can call your insurance company and they can intercee6.
One of my family members tried seeing Summit Medical Group provider with a Horizon NJ family care plan and they did not accept it.
The doctor wont see this. Call their office to get the answring service and they will reach out to Dr Carters office. You might want to delete this question too for privacy of the patient.
I'm not a doctor sorry
