Horrible experience. Went to exchange pair of New Balance. I was told they had none in my size (7.5). When asked about other brands I was told store doesn’t carry 7.5 and 8 in any models. Not enough room in store. When asked if I could order reply was the all come from China and will take forever. I asked for a refund. The reply was “read the small print. No refunds only store credit” I will go to other locations and try my luck as I have no choice since no refund policy. I would not recommend store to anyone.

I was looking for Hoka sneakers so my son and I stopped by the Sneaker Factory. Chris really helped me pick out a great pair of Hoka sneakers. I ended up buying a pair for my son as well. They had a great selection and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend The Sneaker Factory. Make sure you ask for Chris. He gave us a discount since my son was in high school. That was pretty awesome!!! Great Store, Great Atmosphere, Great staff.
