Very nice, intimate little club with bar/restaurant and fairly large outside deck. Staff is friendly and the members seem like a close-knit bunch.

A nice place to get a piece of mind and serenity and intertwine with wildlife!

Questions & Answers

Do your slips have water and electricity? How much is yearly rent for 26 foot sailboat?

Marcy Babcox | Oct 28, 2018
Rush Creek Yacht Club | Oct 27, 2020

Hello Marcy, Our slips do have electricity. Water is not available on the docks as of yet. But, may be a future upgrade. Slip fees for a 26 foot boat would be $150-160/Month depending on which slip is available. More info on Membership and Storage Fees are on our website (http://www.rcyc.org/) under the "Club Info" tab across the top. Cheers! RCYC

If you call the office they should be able to tell you.

Can bank fish around the facility?

Earl Staton | Oct 27, 2020
RCYC Marketing | Oct 27, 2020

Hello Earl, RCYC is a private club. We do not allow public fishing from land on our docks, seawalls or the breakwater. But, you can fish along the breakwater and seawalls if you are in a boat. We do also want to caution you that the breakwater and seawalls have dangerous rocks and exposed rebar that can damage you or your boat. Cheers! RCYC

Is it for members only

Yes, it is for members only. If you are a sailor, or interested in sailing, you can contact the club & get a tour and maybe lunch. You can also take a sailing class through the North Texas Sailing School and experience the club that way. Many graduates of NTSS go on to join the club.
