Do your slips have water and electricity? How much is yearly rent for 26 foot sailboat?

Hello Marcy, Our slips do have electricity. Water is not available on the docks as of yet. But, may be a future upgrade. Slip fees for a 26 foot boat would be $150-160/Month depending on which slip is available.
