Had an app made the same day and the service from front office and the whole staff including doctor was efficient, answered my questions and solved my issue. However, the checkout time was doubled the time I waited to get seen and check in. Definitely could improve the checkout process.

Everyone was friendly except the Doctor. He seemed a little bit arrogant and he assumed that I knew the procedure of putting my head in the Retinoscope. He seemed just a bit impatient and I expect everywhere I go for people to be professional. I asked him if he was the owner and he said no; but even if he was the owner of this corporation, he had no reason to act like that. The front desk staff were a lot nicer but I guess maybe he was having a bad day. Anyway, the procedure was quick and easy , and I got out of there as soon as I had the chance. Will go back to pick up the glasses but i won't be back.

I used to like this place but now you can’t even pickup a box of contacts without waiting an hour. I’m going somewhere else moving forward. slowest service ever
