Terrible customer service, rent is too high in comparison. Police is always there. Do not recommend.

Good place to live. I had pest issues initially but a pair of plumbers that work for the property management company came and fixed it. Three stars; one for each pool.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The worst agents I have ever met. Definitely will not live here any more. Go to check the yelp! The reviews on yelp is real! Bad place!

WORST apartment ever. Read this before you decide to lease because of the low rate 1. My apartment was flooded twice. One time the washer of my upper floor neighbor was broken, and one time the washer of my next-door neighbor was broken. Each time it took more than a week for the maintenance team to fix my carpet. My life was significantly affected by that maintenance 2. DO NOT put any effort into cleaning you apartment before move-out. No matter how clean it is they will charge you miscellaneous cleaning fees to use up your deposit, and put an additional balance on you. I spent several hours and so much effort in cleaning my apartment which turned out to be useless 3. The management team is not responsible or professional. Only expect to hear back from them when you owe them money 4. More downsides to be written later

Essex also offers below-market rent (“BMR”) programs at select communities. While this is not a rental assistance program, BMR units may be available to residents who qualify based on their annual household income and the number of individuals living in their household.
