Quiet community and very safe. Maintenance is always very prompt and provides good service. The pool and hot tub are a great way to relax and unwind. The property overall is well maintained.

The building is new, noise is ok, but be CAREFUL that you WILL be charged around $400 when you move out for some cleaning and painting fee no matter how careful you maintain the unit! They even put this fee in the LEASE!!! Ridiculous... Besides, the package room is totally a mess... we lost so many packages...

Through my one year lease, it’s quite expensive for renting a 2B2B apartment. However, I like this apartment’s amenities. The meeting room is really comfortable and good for group’s meeting, but the coffee machine has been broken since I moved in and out. It’s safe to live in the plaza, but the parking building is quite far away from my apartment if you are always in hurry to work or school. I hate the speed bumps inside the parking building so much!!!!!! The room is quite small, but I really like the mirror inside the bedroom. The management group is fast to solve problems. However, once our apartment had so many ants in the kitchen, so I called management group to solve. The guy came and gave us a pack of ant poison, but he didn’t open it!!!! He just told us the ants will be disappear because he put the ant poison — “unopened one”. We were suffered by ants problem for one and half month, so when I found that the pack was not open, I was quite surprised, and speechless😂. Anyway, that problem was solved by me because I opened that pack of ant poison. The management group has been changed before I moved out. They are new, and they are nice too. The rent did not go too high, but I still cannot afford it. The moving out fee wasn’t too bad for about $500 for all cleaning and painting. The washing machine is ok, but needs cleaning. I bought a package and sent to the plaza by mistake, but the management was very nice and willing to help me to find my package! This apartment is quite new, so I think they can do better to give good experience for their renters.

This is a VERY SCARY place. Not only does management do not take the time to explain the basics to new tenants (i.e. Do not play loud music or leave your trash outside your door) but there are clear violations of basic safety that not even The Plaza employees care about. For example, I got freaked out when some kids were playing pranks on each other and they put sandals on the sprinklers on the hall way. I decided to post this after I saw a maintenance guy casually walking through the hall and doing nothing about it. I am sure it was a big joke to some people - but when you have something like this happening multiple times, you can absolutely tell management is no where to be seen and it is not being held accountable. I cannot wait for my lease to be over to get out of here. It was a big mistake to even consider this place.

Can I make changes to the apartment and will there be costs involved?

Putting your own personal touch on the apartment can be an additional cost but if you put things back the way they were when you moved in, costs should be very minimal. Please reach out to the office prior to making any changes!

Can I sublet the apartment, and if not, what is the penalty for breaking my lease?

Hello! Subletting your apartment home is not allowed at The Plaza. In the event you must break your lease, you can either pay a termination fee equivalent to 1.5x your rental rate or elect to remain financially responsible for rent until your unit is re-leased and occupied. How far in advance do I need to give a notice before moving out?

Thank you for reaching out! You will have to give 30 days’ notice in advance of moving out. If you don’t give the required notice, your lease could automatically roll over month to month and incur increased rent charges.

Having an out-of-town friend stay in your home should be fine, but we do require guests staying longer than two weeks to be registered with the office.

Any life and/or property threatening event such as a fire/flood will need our immediate involvement, thus entry will be made without notice if you’re not home. However, we will update you on the event as soon as possible.

HOW DO I PAY RENT, AND HOW ARE LATE FEES ASSESSED?

Rent is due on the 1st and late fees are assessed on the 6th of the month on all balances pending. You can pay rent online via our Resident Portal or drop a check in our designated Rent Drop boxes available 24/7.
