Catherine Ho has been my agent for at least 20 years. She is proactive but not constantly in touch unless there is a reason. When my residence was targeted for excessive fire protection due to its location, she helped with the inspection response and corrected misconceptions by the inspector. She reviewed my entire insurance package saving me money but providing even better coverage. I will miss her as she cannot serve clients in my new state of Arizona, but she has referred me to an efficient and equally helpful colleague there. Always willing to help; she really cares.
