I couldn't be happier with the hospitality Victoria provided during my move-in. I had a lot of luggage (obviously) and I didn't want to leave it unattended. She helped me get the move-in paperwork done after moving the luggage to a safe place. The process was super smooth. Keep up the good work, Victoria!

I had a very bad experience with this place and its office. We started the leasing process, all documentation was accepted, I was asked to turn on the electricity, insure to pick up the keys the next day, which so far everything was fine. At the time of signing the contract, they canceled my lease, for an absurd reason and they took 15 days to return the deposit. They asked me to apply in my name too, even though I said that only my husband would stay there, in short, we had more than 500 dollars of lost costs. We were totally disappointed how we were treated by the office.

Thin walls, no carpet, I can literally hear the above feet movements thumping on my head along with dragging of furnitures and dogs scratching floors. I can hear basic conversations from my neighbors. Toilet clogs if you flush toilet papers, which is a first time experience for me. The only pro is the proximity to the lagoon and grocery stores.

I enjoyed my stay at Harbor Cove. The apartment units are quite spacious and the location is great. I read about noise concerns and never experienced that during my stay. As someone who loves water, being able to go for walks next to the water was really a privilege. I also liked the complex given its location midway between San Francisco and Mountain View. The management team is nice and attends to all matters as needed. Angelica, Sheemal and Vivian are awesome. Will miss living here! STY
