My case nurse and doctor are great. My nurse was incredible and very attentive. She was always on top of things when it came to emails or what needed to be done next. Although I didn’t get pregnant through the clinic, I still recommend it to anyone trying to start a family. My husband and I were finally blessed with 2 beautiful children naturally. The billing department is a different story. You call the number that is on the statement and no one ever, ever picks up. You leave a voicemail mail, you never get a call within 24hr. Days later I always get a call from Florida. I went to the San Ramon clinic.

When I arrived the office was hard to find there’s no sign outside building. But when I finally found the office everyone was so kind and nice. I felt very informed and the process and happy when I left.
