Stayed here for a year and liked it a lot. The location is great and the views are breathtaking. Plenty of space around the complex to walk around and to shop. Also, they were super quick with settling the dues and returning the deposit upon my move-out. Friendly staff too! Anna and team held onto my mail after I had left and allowed me to come pick it up. On the downside, the building/apartment interior is a bit old, but the management does their best to maintain it.

I've been waiting for part of my $500 deposit to be returned but unbelievably today I received a notice asking me to pay another $123! So $600+ for moving out from a 1b apartment where I lived for just one year. My previous apartment charged me $100+ for cleaning and $200+ in total for move-out which is definitely a more luxurious community than this one!

A convenient place to live, close to an asian market, but staffs here are not good, not helpful and rude! Lost many packages and they just pass the buck to carriers and not even willing to check lockers in person. The rent also increases every year.

Past year at Marlin Cove was an overall great experience. The property is well maintained, the units are up to date inside.There are limited spare spots inside the gate, but parking is available outside and its never full. Most people in the buildings are great to deal with, and overall quiet nights. Spa was always hot and working. Honestly, where the place really shines is the maintenance team. Fred, Charles, and everyone else are really on top of any request put through online. It was a real change to not have to worry about people showing up, and turn around time to fix issues. Only a few negatives. The storage locker sadly is small for the amount of online shopping people do now. The pool could also be warmer for the climate in the area. Also, no electric car charging is planned for the units as of now. Rent also went up a bit higher than we expected, even for the area.

Our ground level is parking for our residents, then it goes up to the first floor for resident units.
