I picked up my two dogs, Sophie and Mia, after a two-night stay. I will never take them back again. Mia has an enlarged heart and a collapsing trachea. I gave them specific, yet simple, instructions re the medication she gets every day. They screwed it up. Then, when I picked them up, both dogs were urine-stained and smelled. Sophie seemed to smell more so I brought her back in to get cleaned up. The girl just ran some water over her and brought her back out. I was going to bring Mia back in, but by that time I was so disgusted with their service and attitude that I just went home and bathed them myself. The shape they were in when I picked them up makes me question what shape they were in after each night. What if I went on vacation for two weeks? Would they be urine-laden at the end of each day? If zero stars were possible, that's what they'd get from me. Dave S. Branford, CT.
