Worst experience I've ever had, they don't have a Dr on sight. The nurses barely know what they're doing. Did not give me any medicine for my cold, basically wasted my time coming to this place. They used to be great now it's horrible. I came in for a sore throat, while waiting on the test results in the lobby another woman walked in and they told her they could not see her because she had a sore throat and that's a sign of COVID. But I had the same issue and told them the same thing, some thing is really fishy about this place. Don't recommend this place to your worst enemy. I feel as if they're charging you for nothing, I can't even call back and speak to the Dr with any questions because of how they have it set up. And if they can't find doctors to work there they should just close their doors at this point, no one wants to talk over the phone with a doctor shame on them for not wanting to come in and deal with patients, no one wants to zoom the doctor for 100$ and not find out what's wrong, I thought it would've been better but it was absolutely horrible. Probably wouldn't return if my life depended on it

Waited two days for results..NOBODY called ...and when I did the rep was so rude and hung up in my face as I was asking questions...would never go there again

Long wait times and seems like no one cares. Waited over 2 hrs to get blood work and decided to leave and get done else where.

Terrible! Usually this place is my go to. But nope never again. Literally walked in around 4:30ish the receptionist said around an hour wait. I'm in pain need to see a doctor so I wait. It is now 7:30pm and the doctor has not seen me. Way too long of a wait for someone in pain.
