If you get hired just be ready to work every weekend and be ready to get points anytime you don’t show up at work no matter what if you call in, you have an appointment and you tell your supervisor a week before, even if you sick you can’t work you still get point for being absent no matter what happens to you, they want you to come at work everyday and all weekend. So never plan to do something on weekend when you work for Pratt.

I drive trucks for them. Not sure for forklift but i do know you will get alot of overtime
HONESTLY THEY WILL PROMISE YOU MONEY AFTER 90 DAYS. AND THEN THEY WILL SAY AFTER A YEAR. NO AC. HOW YOU CAN CATCH THEM NOT BEING AS HONEST AS THEY SHOULD IS IF YOU TELL THEM TO WRITE IT DOWN. I KNOW I DID TO THEM.AND THEY WOULDN'T SO I LEFT.
