Staff was Rude answering my questions. They told me they couldn’t see my kids because they are not vaccinated! This place is a joke! Please find another place where it’s run by human being not a jail system.

We recently moved to Royse City and it was hard to find any pediatrics near us, that were taking new patients, until I called here and when we went to the first appointment we loved it! My 11th year old loved the nurse so much ❤️

ZERO STARS!!! Worst experience EVER. Do not go here!!!! Doctor Hediyati saw my son today and she walked in the door and asked immediately asked “what is the problem.” There was no introduction or hi how are you. Then proceeded to ask me how I knew my son has strep and I informed her we had seen another doctor yesterday where he tested positive. She then rudely said “so what do you want” I stated I need an amoxicillin / steroid shot since he was refusing to take the meds and she stated “so he is the boss” then looked in his ears and said “ I do not do shots for strep” and then walked out of the room. She was incredibly rude and I do not think any children should be able to see her. The way she acted was completely uncalled for and highly inappropriate. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Medical Board. My son and I were completely mistreated and disrespected during our visit. I do NOT recommend. She is absolutely horrible. North Pediatrics formally known as Rockwall pediatrics needs to do better this was a absolute horrific experience!!!!!
