Beautiful Park. It had several picnic tables spread out and a couple of benches and some of the picnic tables were even under the trees so we had plenty of shade. They even had a water area for kids to run around in.

Grandson love the splash pad. But the playground equipment was for bigger kids not toddler.

Yes it is running all day. You have to press the top of a tube to activate and I believe they close at 9 pm.
Yes, you can just be careful of people and there pets, kids and the animals that live at the park.😊

You will need to reserve the pavilion for a party or you risk the chance of being booted. I don't remeber the cost or number, but it was the Rockwall parks and rec department.
