Not only can he help find what you need but he also brings a fun energy that makes you feel confident in whatever you purchase from him! Wow!! I saw a class C online, i called McClain's in Rockwall and the moment Steven Cathey answered the phone, I knew that was the place I wanted to buy from! Steven was so professional, so knowledgeable, and super easy to talk to. I never felt pressured or pushed to buy anything I didn't want and I honestly feel I got more than what I expected! Even though it was a used unit, I never felt that I was less important!! They really went above and beyond!! At times I felt it was all too good to be true! But it's true! They have amazing deals and EXCELLENT Customer service. from the sales, finance and the service department when we did the walk through, EVERYONE was great!

I’ve updated my previous 1 star review of McClain’s which was due to poor service after the sale, to reflect the fact that service seems to have improved under their new service manager’s leadership (Mike R). My initial problems involved the dealership being unable to provide warranty work, which was the whole reason I had chosen to buy locally rather than shopping for the lowest price in a larger geographic area. I understand that finding good techs are hard to find, but in my experience, if you offer the best pay and benefits you’ll get the best employees and then you’ll have the happiest customers, and if you don’t, you won’t. Whether you have ace techs that can do the job or bad techs, or not enough techs of any calibre is entirely a policy choice made by management. Here’s hoping that McClains is dedicated to doing better.

People swear by them. IF they find something else wrong, they will call to explain what the issue is and ask IF you want that addressed, and fix it. And will give you a quote $$$. We trust them. Any safety issue WILL DEFINETLY BE ADDRESSED. Sorry, I don't know enough Spanish.
