Great place to stay. You can easily get a Lyft or an Uber to/from nearby trains and take the subway into Manhattan or anywhere you need to go if you don’t want to take the bus. It’s way cheaper that way too! The prices were fair. The cleanliness of the rooms to start was fine, but for room service daily cleaning, it wasn’t the best. That is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. However, the complimentary breakfast was great, and the staff were incredibly helpful and nice, especially when we needed to store our bags before check in/after check out. Honestly… I’d come here again and again. It was great and made everything easier.

Positive: It is newly renovated and the room was noticeably clean. I could tell that housekeeping spent a moderate amount of time during the cleaning and sanitizing process before the room was ready for the guests to check in. Negative: BBREAKFAST.Luckily there was a McDonalds next door,we are not big on fast food but felt this time was necessary as the hot breakfast options offered at the hotel were less than appetizing.At least the coffee was decent.Parking was tricky if u arrived late

Great hotel! We booked through Expedia and stayed here for a week. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a king bed with lots of room. Everything worked in the room. Parking was free; a big plus as we had a rental car. However, parking got full quickly especially later in the evening but street parking seemed safe in the area. Overall, this is a great hotel!

We stayed overnight to drop off my mom at JFK airport. I was very pleased with the proximity of the property to the airport, traffic wasn't bad at all, about 10-15 minutes. The hotel is also close to restaurants like chipotle, teriyaki, deli, and mcdonald's right on the side. I love the hot breakfast in the morning and fresh coffee all throughout the day . My kids enjoyed the cereal and fresh yogurt. Overall, we had a great stay.
