Front desk is nice and helpful . I had issue with my room keys but it is resolved and they work fine now. I had a comment about my room keys but i deleted it since the problem no more exists , room service is very nice they change my sheets and clean my room everyday also they give me fresh towels i came from work everyday my room is clean and organize. Thank you !

Always a great place to stay. Get a room on the other side of the cemetery. It's quieter. Great rooms, clean with great staff. Very nice location with easy access to both Manhattan and long Island as well as the airports (including Newark). We visit NYC every summer and this is the place we stay at a week at a time. Highly recommended.

The people were very friendly. Diana, at the front desk, was very helpful on the phone even before I booked the room. She continued to be very helpful when we arrived. She is wonderful! Eva and some of the other ladies were very helpful also. The rooms were clean. The hot breakfast was good. The free shuttle from the airport was super. Mr. Ezra was a great driver. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Overall the hotel was clean, quiet, well maintained. The front desk staff, housekeeping and airport shuttle drivers were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located to LaGuardia Airport and they have free shuttles back and forth to the airport. The room has a microwave and fridge as well as cable TV with HBO and Showtime. Bed was comfortable and I had plenty of pillows. I would stay here again if needed.
