I highly recommend this hotel, easy access to subway, a small market about a block away, rooms are cleaned daily. Free breakfast, staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful views from the rooftop. Only downside is no microwave in the rooms.

I stayed at the LIC Hotel for two nights. I am absolutely 100% satisfied with my stay. My room was very clean, small but adequately sized, had a mini fridge, good sized television and a clean bathroom. It was by no means fancy or luxurious, but I absolutely felt I got what I paid for and the quality of the accomodations even exceeded my expectations. If you're like me, you like to spend less on lodging so you can spend more on other attractions in the city. All you need is a clean place to sleep and bathe, right? The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The complimentary breakfast was icing on the cake. It added value and was much appreciated. The location is excellent. I could walk from the hotel to the Court Sq subway station in 3 minutes tops to board the E train to Manhattan. This is also a big plus as I felt very safe returning late at night since the walk was so short. The rooftop access provides nice views of the Manhattan skyline. Was not expecting this great perk from a budget hotel and was impressed for sure. The next time I am in NYC the LIC Hotel will likely receive my business again. If you're looking for a great budget hotel that packs a great value for your money, the LIC Hotel is a perfect choice.

This is a great, inexpensive, clean hotel very close to Manhattan. The rooms are small and very simply appointed - large TV, desk, dresser, mini fridge, side table next to the bed. Good sized bathroom. That’s about it. But what else do you need when you have NYC right outside your door. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. This is one of those places where you can’t believe what you’re getting for the price. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Arrived after a long flight from the UK for a friend's wedding. This is the first time in all my many years of coming to NYC to stay in a hotel as I normally stay with said friend, but it being her wedding and all her friends and family coming from everywhere, that was not really an option this time! The room is as described online and in photos. They were very welcoming and accommodating at the reception desk and even gave me 3 travel-size toothpaste's when I asked about a local shop for small bits and pieces. Very nice breakfast in the morning which I was not aware was even part of my room rate, so that was lovely. The bed is very soft and the room is nice and warm (it is December so that is a good thing!) and the windows open in the event it is too warm, and there is a thermostat in the room (although I have not attempted to change it). The only slight downside is my room faces the main road, so it gets loud at times, but to be fair, I am surprised at how minimal the traffic is between 10pm-7am. It was a breeze to get here from JFK being a 5min walk from the E line - meaning I landed at JFK at 6pm and was walking into my room at 7:15pm! It has a mini-fridge in the room as well so you can really make the most of your stay if you want to save some of your money for more fun things. THere are no tea or coffee machines in the room, but they are available in the lobby for guests to help themselves. Overall, I have been very happy with my choice - it isn't the nicest or the cheapest, but considering how bad the cheapest options looked for only 33% less and how much more expensive some other options were that only appear to be cosmetic upgrades for more than twice the cost - I would say this was my ideal option. Very happy and would stay again if the situation arose where I was not able to stay with my friend here.

Unless the renovation has begun after August 24, 2019, I believe the renovation of the hotel is over. There was no scaffolding when I was there that week. Forgive my poor grammar. Google translates from English.
They don't do short stay
Yes. 3 dollar washing. 1 dollar soap dose. 25 cent for 8mn dryer
It's a quiet neighborhood. It might take some time but you can find parking on the streets. Private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed) and costs $20 per day.
Have family room how much cost and how many people can stay in a room
