The workers never come out or even peak out of the kitchen to help or see if customers need something. It took 30 minutes to get my cheeseburger and fry that were completely cold. This has happened numerous times. Unfortunately, it's one of the only restaurants near my place of business so I usually spend most of my lunch waiting for cold food. Ever since they built a wall In Front of the kitchen, customer service has gone down horribly. I now paid $7 for cold food. I'm not one to ever leave reviews but that's how bad it was

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to stopped on the way to the dentist for a breakfast for my son. Took 10 minutes to get the breakfast they didn't even have my order because I did it through the kiosk and when I got the order they failed to give me my son's apple juice or the coffee that I ordered I was already running late so I couldn't ask them for the juice and coffee. I didn't even get syrup for the deluxe breakfast I ordered. They need new management

No, only the drive-thru. I believe the dining room closes at 9 or 10PM.
Unfortunately it's due probably to all of the new employees. It seems that all of them are understaffed as well, orders for like an iced coffee taking 20 plus minutes. People just don't seem to want to work now with unemployment benefits and such. Before you couldnt find a job now they are begging.
