I go to this place all the time the food is good especially the taco’s👍 But I went there today and the price went up once again within a month.for a cup of water is 1.50$ and a soda is 3$+ and now you have to pay 1$ for a refill witch is crazy I just payed 20$ for a meal and no refill on the drink!?smh today was the last time I come here!back to Albertos I go where they don’t over charge you!✌️✌️Tony’s taco’s

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The food is decent but greasy and gives you the runs. However, the biggest turn off is the customer service. Cashiers are very rude, unhelpful and have no sense of urgency. The store manager is completely unprofessional and gives dirty looks. The food is cheap but I’d rather pay more for a better quality and Customer Service.

The food is decent even though they are very ungenerous with the amount of meat they provide. They put more lettuce then cheese and meat and will charge you $.25 if you get more than two hot sauces per item. However, the main reason I am giving them one star is because of their customer service. They are rude when you ask additional questions and my food was sitting on the counter for more than five minutes before they let me know it was mine and they messed up on my order. When I addressed the concern and wanted my order to be remade all of the cooks in the back around cashier at the front gave me rude looks and started talking about me right in front of me saying it is already done she needs to take it how it is. When I asked for the manager I was told the lady in the back that was giving me very disgusting luxe was the manager and did not want to talk to me. Based off of customer service I would never come back to this establishment again and it is very unfortunate because I grew up coming to their other location for many years and because the passed on management has failed they lost my business.
