I am glad they evacuated the courthouse and are addressing the mold issue after several judges have died from ALS that they got from the environmental conditions in the courthouse. hopefully the state does something about the problem to prevent more people from dying :( really sad

Not in district court, you need to go up the the 4th floor in probate and file the paperwork first
Can you walk into the courthouse or do you need a appointment?
Call the courthouse and speak with the clerk and they will send u the right application to fill out and get it back to them. They will keep in touch with u.
You can get the bail money back after case is done. You will need the papers from when you put the bail up. If you don't have those papers you can fill out some forms at the cash office. If there are any legal fees owed they could deduct it from the bail before they give it back.
Most department s have forms online and are doing Zoom now. I would call the office you are looking to reach.
Call the the clerk's office notify them and they will definitely reschedule.
There are number listed and the security guard will direct you at the entrance
The court is open daily. However, they only let certain people in for certain things and have been closed often due to Covid exposure etc. I personally recommend calling the court so you don't waste a trip. Guessing you need Probate and Family Court.
You can't make an appointment you need to go to the courthouse and do the modification to switch the order
