Is there any information online about the procedure with bail. I'm wondering what happens after the court dates are done does the person who put the money up get their money back or does the state of mass keep that money. Thank you for any help

You can get the bail money back after case is done. You will need the papers from when you put the bail up. If you don't have those papers you can fill out some forms at the cash office. If there are any legal fees owed they could deduct it from the bail before they give it back.
