Do not stay here. For starters there is no parking lot. You may or may not finding parking on the street. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub has a rubber mat on it that looks like it’s been there forever. It is discolored and dirty. The tiles were also dirty. The pillows were crushed as if someone was just laying on them. The floor has a dingy look. Despite, these facts the room had a strong odor of pine cleaner. We didn’t want to touch anything. Very uncomfortable. We checked out after 10-15 minutes. I advise paying a bit more for a better experience.

About an hour after we got into our room, another set of guests were able to come into our room as they were told it was there’s and given key cards to it. We were told by the front desk, they would deactivate all the cards and get us a new set when we returned, none of that happened. Around 12:45am, someone was again able to get into our room. When I went downstairs the man was super unapologetic and did nothing besides assign the person who got into our room (who was very sorry) a new room. They said their manager would be in at 8am if i wanted to speak to them, even after I said several times we would be leaving at 7am. Also the parking they advertised? Not available at the moment “due to a flood” (with not a drop of water in site of it).

Very kind front desk staff, everyone of them is so helpful and extra miles. Love this hotel so much, truly recommend. Room is clean and large, bathroom is so clean, microwave and fridge, storage is great. Lift elevator truly function well and large enough for 2 of our 24 inches luggages. 15 walk to Woodhaven MRT. Crossing the nearby park in 5 minutes, you will find a mall with park where everything great sold there, fast food, restaurant, T Mobile for sim card, clothes, supermarket, and small park to enjoy sitting outdoor (Rego Park).

I had a horrible time at this location. Starting from the end, I was out all day working and came back to my room at about 8pm. Upon entering the room, I noticed that a curtain rod was on the floor near the back door to the room (that leads to a shared terrace). I immediately went to the back door and found the lock was not working. Freaked out, I called the front desk and asked to be moved. They reported there were no other rooms available and maintenance wouldn't come in until the next day. I said that was unacceptable, they called the manager, and reported to me that he said I should "brave it" that night. The front desk person was on his first day of work. I immediately left, told the front desk person to have the manager call me, he still has not. Just complete disrespect for their customers. Much less important, but I booked the room in part because they said there was free parking at the location. When I arrived, it wasn't clear where to park. When I checked in they told me no parking was available because the lot was flooded. I asked where I could park and they said I could find a spot on the street (there was none available and it was only 2 hour parking anyway). I ended up paying for parking a few blocks away. Oh, also the shower took about 10 minutes to have any hot water. Don't stay here.

Parking is limited and street parkings as early as 0800 for alternate side
Best to call direct
I did not notice a car rental on site. They may offer the service but not sure who they use. Might be best to call and confirm.
