Only reason i gave 4 vs 5 stars is because of the lack of devices they had available and cases, screen protectors, etc...that was inconvenient. But, I didn't have to wait longer then 5 minutes before being helped. The issue was resolved within 10 to 15 min and I was on my way since they didn't have certain devices and assesories I needed.

This location has an excellent team! Their customer service exceeds expectations! And not only is the customer service on point, the knowledge these individuals have about their industry is exponential. I highly recommend going to this AT&T location for any of your cell phone..data..accessory , blue tooth needs! My husband and I were provided service through Ryan and Marlon. There was another gentleman working in the store today who equally deserves the same credit as he was working. Through some difficult customers while we were there. (I didn’t catch his name) but! Great knowledgable team, and we will def be back for our next upgrade!

Marlin and Ryan were amazing! They were able to solve my phone issue and get me walking out the door with two new phones while lowering my bill 30 bucks!
