Decent place at El Sereno/University hills technically RIGHT OUTSIDE OF "East LA" & not in east LA looking at the OUTLINE map of El Sereno, safer area on the north east side of town of 10 fwy also now with FBI / forensics, Detective & police department being built across the street, drastically changed area, up and coming ! Decent gym and pool, more importantly, best location, location location ever!

Worst living experience. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone the management will get you in the make your life hell. Take the time and extra money to go somewhere better.

This place is perfect if you are a Calstate LA student. The campus is so close that you can even walk there. You save a lot of money on parking permits.
