The Lancaster Apartments is a great place to live. Those living here are very friendly. The Lancaster Lakes apartments are very family oriented. It has many activities for the family from exercise equipment, a swimming pool, a playground, and a dog park for those with animals. Whenever you put in a request to have maintenance done, it is handled in a very timely manner. All the maintenance technicians are very professional. The staff here is top-notch. The property manager Carrie listens to your concerns, and she immediately begins to address them. The Leasing Specialist Nathan is very professional in all that he does. He works diligently to accommodate your needs. He has helped me quite a few times. The community that surrounds the Lancaster Lakes Apartments is full of the necessary stores and businesses that might meet your needs. There is everything from grocery stores, fast food restaurants, gas stations, and banks within walking distance. I love my apartment and I thank the Staff here for the great job they do to keep everything running smoothly. Maurice

Lancaster Lakes is a great place to live. So many amenities and is pet friendly. The doggos love it here. Maintenance staff is always very helpful, which makes our experience here all the better. Whenever there is an issue they are on it right away. Out of all the Clarkston multi family properties, this is by far the best!

We love Lancaster Lakes! Our home has a beautiful view of the pond from our window. We have had no issues with our place. The staff is also super nice and welcoming. Nate is the best!

Lancaster Lakes has been my home for the last 11 years. My annual rug cleaning was completed today by Alpine Carpet and Steve did an awesome job. Living close to downtown Clarkston and Waterford is next door enables me to enjoy the many small businesses in the area from eateries - banking - doctors and Kroger's is next door. The office staff has always been polite and professional in answering and / or helping me. The maintenance staff is great crew who repair and explain my issue. The guys are gentleman and friendly. The open ground concept draws wild turkey - rabbits - deer for our enjoyment. I recommend Lancaster to anyone looking for a pleasant apartment living.

There is a monthly utility fee for water/sewer/trash that varies. Residents are responsible for gas and electric bills. These are sub-metered and the bills that arrive to you are your actual usage.
