I want to know if it’s standard operating procedure to offer to take over a patients finances??? My mom was admitted for less than 6 hours when she called me hysterical! They told her nurse at the hospital she was at, that they had her medications, they didn’t!!! They told her not to get out of bed without help, but when she asked, no one came!!!! She waited almost an hour and almost wet herself!!! They lied and told her the nurse was coming with her medications!! They didn’t even have them!! By time the physician on call gave the ok to fill her medications the pharmacy was closed!!!! When I got there at 1:30am, my mom was hysterical!!! Who allows anyone to get to that point, let alone an elderly, ill women??? The only offer was to take control of her money??? Lawyers will be called!! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES hERE!!!!!!

My mom was there for 3 weeks and got a shower twice by the staff the whole time! I gave her most of her showers every other day! Today she was released and they booted her out of her room cause there was another resident who needs the room I guess. My brother wasn’t there to get her yet when they left her roomless Not impressed at all with this place!

My dad has been there for less than six hours, and it is a big disappointment. Dad has had the nurse light on for fifteen plus minutes, no nurse. This man just had back surgery and sepsis, and not one person came to assist. Can’t use the bathroom until someone helps him. Got there at 2p, but no dinner. We’re going to find him tuna fish and crackers? Oh yeah, rehab, only allowed in his room as he is non vaxed. Certainly he will not benefit from that type of rehab. Sitting consists of a folding chair or wheelchair only. Nothing more. Definitely not somewhere I would expect someone to thrive and recover. We removed my dad almost a week after this was posted and took him to the Emergency Room where he stayed for a couple of weeks. The ED was not impressed with Wellbridge as they had messed up the pic line and had his wound vac in wrong. In addition, the infection was out of control, his blood screen results indicated he was very sick, he had blood clots. However, the director over nursing said his blood results were just fine and he didn’t need to go anywhere, regardless that the swelling in his body from infection was out of control. The hospital admitted him, redid the pic line and wound vac, and gave him another surgery to clean him out. My dad looked like he was waiting to die at Wellbridge. Never again.
