This place cared for my mother and for me emotionally. My mom had very significant medical issues and they did their very best. The rehab girls were fantastic.

I gave it 5 star for one of the nursing staff named Mia she real took good care of the people on her 3rd wingwhen it was the covid wing. I never had the chance to say thank you for everything you done for me.

My name is Dan Bartenbaker I choose this facility January 2020 for my brother Jeff to live in because he was no longer able to live on his own. Most of his time living here has been through the Covid-19 shutdown. It has not been easy to physically be by my brothers side. We have always spent a lot of time together. I was able to speak to him every day by phone and visit and entertain him through the window of the lounge or his room. I have nothing but positive things to say regarding his room, aides and nursing staff. The activities director Nick has been super keeping my brother busy with various activities, exercise, bingo, movies, artwork. I also enjoy speaking to the pleasant receptionists Elizabeth and Alex. My brother Jeff loves the food especially the butterscotch pudding. Also Matt has been very attentive to my brothers needs as have the nurses aides. I would recommend this place to anyone . He is actually in better health now than he has been in the last few years. Thank you to everyone from my wife and I.

Avoid this place like the plague. Endless real stories of neglect and abuse. The fact this place is still open scares me.

Absolutely! We can always use kind, compassionate people to visit and do activities with our residents. Just come in and ask at the front desk. They will give you the appropriate paperwork.

Dear Lauren, we are so sorry we are just now seeing your question. During the unprecedented COVID-19 situation, Google took steps to protect their team and reduce the need for them to come to their office. As a result, Google My Business did not publish any questions until now. We would like the opportunity to address your question if you were not able to get it taken care of to this point. Please reach out to us directly at 866-885-5992, when you have a chance.

Can someone (non employee) tell me what this facility is like now. Terrible reviews in the past

This place is super terrible. My mom was in this place a few months ago and on the weekends she didnt get breakfast till lunch time, she was on a strict diet... They fed her lunch meat. I would go there often to make sure they would dump her potty they did not dump it till I got there often times. I pulled my mom out that place because they are not good and they should not be open. There is a place around the corner in Waterford called regency. Take your loved one there. Unfortunately, my mom is no longer alive. I hope this review helps someone else love one so they don't get neglected.
