I have always had good experiences when I go to my local Ace. Last week, however I had exceptional service that I had to stop and say something! I was in a pinch with a project and needed something that evening, something no one had. I called Ace and got Jackson, Jackson went above and beyond to try to help me! This is a newer product, he could have just said no, sorry I don't think we have that. But he didn't. He looked it up in his system, he asked other employees, he Googled it and went to several places in the store just to check if they had a version with a different name. I was so very impressed with the help I received from Jackson that I'm still thinking about it, a week later! Wonderful customer service Ace, thank you and thanks again Jackson!!!!
