Its clean and a decent neighborhood. However the prices are too high for what it is. Very little in updates, counters are not level, and the shower goes from lava to ice numerous times in a short span. Its not worth what I'm paying.

People pleaser

Highly recommend you look elsewhere. Maintenance is rude and unprofessional. Management is lazy and uncooperative. Ownership is arrogant and cheap. Appliances breakdown you have to wait weeks for them to replace. If something is broken they do the absolute bare minimum to fix it. Useless in every definition of the word.

Decent space for the price. Not the nicest construction quality, but the office staff are reasonable and the maintenance is prompt and they attempted to fix anything that went wrong quite quickly. Walls are very thin between units, and the overall complex is *very* family friendly. Whether that is a good or bad thing depends on how you feel about children playing and yelling.
