My first experience should have told me all I needed to know to look elsewhere. The seamstress spent more time telling how hard it would be to do some sewing on my cover than I really needed to hear. Then she called me later to tell me the buckles She ordered wouldn’t work ( they did) then she sewed them on backwards and argued with me that I must be doing it wrong. It took me 4 trips there and back and over a month to get something I was promised in a week. Bill got involved and said he would refund my money for the inconvenience. I told him half the amount would suffice. After numerous calls and broken more broken promises I have given up on my refund. Finally, the canvas smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that I had to air it outside for a month. Beware of promises from this outfit and if customer service matters , look elsewhere .

I don’t know about their repair skills. I couldn’t get past the jerk who answered the phone who was rude and condeascending to me.
